Reporting to the Head Brewer, you’ll take a hands-on role across brewing, cellaring, filtration and packaging, helping deliver our weekly production plan safely, efficiently and consistently.
As one of our Senior Brewers, you’ll also lead shifts, support and train colleagues, and help maintain the standards that make our products something we’re proud to put our name to. In the Head Brewer’s absence, you’ll take responsibility for sensory assessments throughout production and final pre-packaging sign-offs.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Carrying out brewing and production activities across our beer and wider beverage range, including operating our reverse osmosis dealcoholisation plant.
- Leading shifts, coordinating tasks and ensuring clear, thorough handovers.
- Monitoring product quality, troubleshooting problems and identifying improvements to consistency and efficiency.
- Training and coaching colleagues, keeping SOPs current and ensuring the team is trained and signed off on relevant procedures.
- Supporting our HACCP, food safety and Good Manufacturing Practice programmes, with accurate records and full product traceability.
- Helping the Head Brewer develop and improve recipes, run trials and bring new products into production.
- Supporting keg filling and canning runs, and maintaining excellent cleaning, hygiene, housekeeping and workplace safety standards.
This is a brewery-based role requiring flexibility around production schedules, including occasional weekends or extended production days.
