What you’ll own
• Lead the brewing team day to day: set clear priorities, plan shifts, coach and develop people, and build a safe, accountable and collaborative culture
• Own brewing and liquid-production performance from raw materials through fermentation, maturation, filtration, carbonation and product release
• Deliver the production plan safely, on time and to specification, working closely with Supply Chain, Packaging, Quality, Sales and Marketing.
• Set and improve brewing standards, recipes, SOPs, process controls and production records across beer, alcohol-free beer, RTDs and other beverages
• Lead liquid quality, sensory performance, yeast health, microbiology and continuous improvement, supporting the site’s HACCP and GFSI programme
• Own brewing yields, losses, raw-material usage and liquid COGs; identify practical improvements that strengthen quality and profitability.
• Lead production input into NPD, trials and scale-up, turning ideas into products that can be made consistently and commercially
• Partner with Engineering and Packaging on plant reliability, maintenance priorities, capacity planning and future brewery investment.
• Build strong relationships with suppliers, technical partners, regulators and BrewDog/Tilray colleagues around the world
