We’re focused on making sure that we, and future generations, have a planet to brew great beer on. Our industry leading techniques help us create and deliver unique beer whilst doing our bit (and others’) for the environment.

About The Role

Health & Safety Manager – UK Bars

We are looking for a Health & Safety Manager to take responsibility for the health, safety, and environmental (HSE) management across our UK bars. This role ensures that our operations are compliant, safe, and sustainable, creating an environment where our teams and guests can thrive.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure all UK bars adhere to current health and safety legislation, maintaining policies, risk assessments, and incident reporting procedures.
  • Provide training and guidance to bar teams on health and safety protocols, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Conduct regular site visits, audits, and inspections to identify risks, address non-compliance, and implement corrective actions.
  • Lead investigations into workplace incidents, identifying root causes and implementing preventative measures.
  • Oversee environmental compliance, including waste management, energy efficiency, and sustainability initiatives.
  • Collaborate with bar managers and support teams to integrate HSE initiatives into daily operations.
  • Monitor industry trends and legislative updates to keep our HSE standards current and effective.

This role is essential in ensuring that our bars are as safe and sustainable as they are enjoyable. If you’re ready to help us deliver unforgettable customer experiences while maintaining the highest health, safety, and environmental standards, we’d love to hear from you.

About You

  • Proven experience in health and safety management, preferably within hospitality, retail, or multi-site operations.
