Due to progression within the BrewDog finance team we have an excellent role for a hardworking and highly motivated individual.

Based at Brewdog HQ in Ellon, this role is working within the Accounts Receivable team, managing a large sales ledger which includes international and domestic customers, keeping customer ledgers up to date and reconciled and ensuring invoices are paid on time. A large part of the role is resolving invoice queries, which will see you working closely with our sales and logistics teams. You will also be responsible for maintaining the pricing approval process and accurately uploading customer pricing to our system.

Other duties include banking, processing invoices, creating new customer accounts, credit checks and recommending credit limits, keeping master data up to date, mailbox management, journals, and general administrative duties.

• Experience in a similar role preferred
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills - both verbal and written

• Resilient individual with ability to adapt to change in a fast-paced environment 
• Self-starting and able to build strong relationships with customers and across the business
• Not afraid to challenge current practices and recommend process improvements
• Ability to prioritise and adapt in a fast paced environment
• Good Excel capabilities
• Strong attention to detail
• Experience using SAP preferred but not essential
